Autumn 2007
Dear Editor
NHIC AUTUMN 2007 PREPARING FOR WINTER
I am very pleased to welcome you to another of our very popular and highly successful National Home Improvement Council Preparing for Winter Press Packs.
It contains 14 of our very latest generic articles, which are all brand new.
They cover a whole host of highly relative subjects and we make no excuses that
they are mostly orientated towards becoming more “green” and reducing
your all-important carbon footprint. In fact, one of the articles will tell
your readers how best they can calculate their own particular CO2 “shoe
size”!
Once again, there is also a broad cross section of NHIC Members' press releases providing some invaluable information for your readers. I hope you will feel free to use these as often as you wish.
If you require further information or images, please contact either me or the relevant NHIC Member on the special list of contacts elsewhere on this CD. They are always pleased to hear from you, so do give them a ring.
As every year passes it becomes ever more important that homeowners should keep their properties in tip-top condition, not only to face the challenge of global warming but also because the advent of Home Information Packs makes it sensible to repair and improve, so you’re always ahead of the
market if you want to sell up and move on!
You will find an NHIC logo on this CD, which we hope you may consider using
whenever you publish one of the Press Pack articles, adding that extra touch
of authenticity to your feature. And we should like to encourage you and your
readers to visit our website -
www.nhic.org.uk
Finally, if there are any home improvement subjects not covered by our press pack but which you would like to feature in your pages, please let me know. We'll do our best to help.
As I mentioned before should you require further information on any aspect of the NHIC or these articles you can contact me on 020 7828 8230 or Andrew Leech on 01753 884216.
Yours faithfully
Graham S Ponting
