The Heating and Ventilating Contractors’ Association (HVCA) seeks to add value to members’ businesses by providing quality services, promoting excellence and shaping the commercial environment through representation and leadership.

HVCA represents the interests of companies that design, install, commission and/or maintain heating, ventilating air conditioning and refrigeration systems and equipment.

HVCA membership comprises some 1,500 firms – located throughout the UK – with 2,000 offices, a combined annual turnover of £4bn and a workforce of over 50,000.

HVCA members benefit from access to a wide range of services that are carefully tailored to their needs, and are subject to third-party inspection and assessment of their technical competence and commercial capability. This is carried out every three years by an independent certification body with an established track record in the construction sector.

HVCA members who are engaged in the domestic repair, installation and maintenance market are also members of the Government-endorsed TrustMark scheme, and offer a free six-year warranty on all residential installations.
