The improvement work aims to greatly reduce running costs, raise standards, generate greater efficiency and, overall, make the world a far better place for all of us to live in!
Green Deal claims to provide an ‘innovative’ financing solution allowing you to pay back costs through your energy bills. So it’s not a conventional loan since Government says that the bill-payer is not liable for the full capital costs of energy efficient home improvements!
You meet only the charges due while you are the bill-payer!
This all sounds hunky-dory and deserves a closer look because it could just help provide you with one method of financing the way you improve your home.
