Working closely with our President we plan to

Objectives:

  • Create a strategy to ensure we have a genuine influence in the corridors of power within the UK Government, the media and other areas of influence
  • We will survey members to ensure we put forward their views to the decision makers at the heart of policy making
  • We will support our President with industry facts and figures to be used in public and parliamentary debate which support our core objectives of energy efficiency, taxation and adaption for climate change

In support of this objective we will:

  • Create a strategy for approval
  • Deliver at least two surveys per year to understand member views
  • Provide briefing papers which will then be shared across the membership (possibly through Progress if reinstated)
